Codexpert
This is a community for romanian C++ programmers that I found in July 2007 together with Ovidiu Cucu and Dragos Cojocari, two fellow romanian MVPs. The web site offers technical articles and the possibility to publish articles, a forum with members that are experts in the field, and a wiki where members can contribute with content useful to the community. I post here with my real name Marius Bancila. Here are the links you can follow:

Codeguru
Hosts one of the best forums in the world focused on developing Windows applications with Microsoft tools and technologies. It also contains several thousand published articles, including several of mine. I post here under the name cilu.
stackoverflow
A language-independent collaboratively edited question and answer site for programmers. Stackoverflow has arguably the best forum software today. My username is Marius Bancila.
MSDN Forums
Microsoft’s forum for developers, with sub-forums for all the languages, technologies and development tools developed by Microsoft. Here I post under my real name, Marius Bancila.
Ronua (Romanian .NET Users Association)
A Romanian language based site for .NET framework developers that also hosts a C++ and a VC++ forum and where I’m known as cilu.
